Skip the sellout and reserve your BBQ ahead of time. Here's the whole thing — five quick steps.

Head to boobadoobbq.com, browse the menu, and tap the orange Place Order button — it's always right at the bottom of your screen.
Tap + to add anything you want. For meats by the pound, choose your size. Plates come with a side — just pick which one. Combo plates let you pick your meats too — one dropdown for each. Add as many as you like; the total adds up as you go.
We set aside a batch for online pre-orders each day, so popular meats can run low. You'll see how much is left to pre-order right under the name — and once that's gone it shows Pre-order sold out. That only means the online batch is spoken for; you can still walk up and grab it while it lasts. Reserving early is just the surest way to get what you want.
A calendar pops up — the days we're set up for pickup are highlighted. Pick one of those (the other days aren't available), then set a time.
Pop in your name, phone, and email, then tap Submit Order. That's it — no card needed. You'll pay when you pick up.
You'll get a confirmation right away. Then we'll email you again when we've confirmed your order — and once more when it's ready for pickup. Come grab it and pay at the window.
Do I pay online?
Nope. You pay when you pick up, same as always. Ordering ahead just reserves your food.
When do I pick up?
Whenever you chose at checkout. We'll email to confirm — keep an eye out for the "ready" email too.
I didn't get an email.

How do the combo plates work?
Pick a 2, 3, or 4 Meat Combo Plate and you'll get a dropdown for each meat — choose whichever ones you want, plus your included side.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Just reply to your confirmation email or call us — we'll sort it out.
Why can't I pick some days on the calendar?
Only the days we're set up for pre-orders are open — those are the highlighted ones. Just pick a highlighted day.
A meat says "Pre-order sold out" — can I still get it?
Often, yes! That just means the online pre-order batch is spoken for. Come walk up and grab it while it lasts — or pre-order a smaller size, a different meat, or another pickup day.
The site says a day is "walk-up only" or "sold out."
Walk-up only means pre-orders for that day are full, but you're welcome to swing by and order in person while it lasts. Sold out means we're all out for that day — the note will point you to the next day you can pre-order.
